BASIC TERMS AND CONSIDERATIONS

PAYMENT AND PROCESS:Before any payment is made, you must contact me via DMs in any of the platforms I use, letting me know what you want specifically, and ask any questions you wish. We'll talk more in depth from there, based on your request.Through talking, we would define what would be the best approach.I can't accept a commission that has not been discussed before, please keep this in mind.I receive payments through Paypal.You would pay 50% of the total price to begin and 50% after you approve the low resolution sample of the final result I'll send you. Then I'll send you the final image in full quality.Once that initial payment is made, I'll start the initial sketch phase. I'll maintain communication and send samples when I have them for you to provide feedback and ask for some modifications, if you want them.That's the moment to ask for significant changes, as long as they stay within what was generally discussed for that artwork.Is important to make sure that you approve the direction taken before I start working on the final result.I try to make my best effort, but If as a client, you make requests for changes in the sketch that go far from what was originally discussed, you lose the right to complain in any form. This is for protection, because, as an artist, there's time invested in developing or portraying any idea.That's why I insist in talking as much as needed previously.Once I'm working on the clean final result phase, I'll send samples for you to be aware of the progress.After the delivery of the final result, you'll have the right to ask me for revisions, as long as that means making just easy and small changes, like the color of an area, for example.If after the delivery you want a significant change or addition, it will cost an additional fee that will be calculated in function of what it is and the time and effort involved.You can ask me questions about it to evaluate it before taking that decision. No problem.I have the right to decline a request.If I don´t accept a request, it might be due to outside factors. Please don't take it personally or feel bad about it.____________________________
PRICING:Please let me know what's your budget for what you want and I'll evaluate if I can help you.You can ask questions beforehand without any commitment, don't worry.I can make rough sketches, lineart, flat colors, shading. That influences the price in function of the time/effort taken.I can make portraits, busts, full bodies, more than 1 character, items, weapons, illustrations, items, etc. That also influences the price in function of the time/effort taken.____________________________
COMPLETION TIME:The time to deliver the final result might vary depending on the complexity of the artwork, among other factors. I'll keep you updated about the progress and send samples along the way. I understand clients need to know how everything evolves.I'll notify you if there's a delay in the progress due to personal reasons, health, or any other. If that would be the case, I'll try to resume as soon as I can.If you have a specific deadline, please notify me first and we can talk about it.____________________________
RIGHTS AND USAGE:Please let me know if you want art just for personal use or for commercial use.In any of those cases, please let me know what's the specific usage you want to give the artwork.We can discuss more terms and conditions directly after that.____________________________
PROHIBITIONS:It is not allowed to use the commissioned art in unauthorized ways. Things not allowed include any kind of AI training, AI input, AI generations, AI derivations, etc.It is not allowed to use it for NFTs in any way.Further considerations in relation to other aspects might be discussed directly.____________________________
SIZE AND FORMAT:A full quality PNG file is the usual format of the delivery. If you need something else, please let me know.The size of the image depends on what you need.If you need an image with a resolution of 300 dpi (optimal for printing), please let me know.____________________________
